By accessing our website, submitting information through our forms, or participating in our free audit offer, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.

To participate in our free home security audit offer, you must meet ALL of the following requirements:

2. Homeownership: You must own the home where the audit will be conducted (renters are not eligible)

3. Geographic Location: Your property must be located within our service area (Florida, Georgia, or Alabama)

4. Current Customer Status: You must NOT be a current ADT customer

5. Property Type: Your property must be a single-family home, townhouse, or condominium (commercial properties are not eligible)

6. Decision-Making Authority: You must have the authority to make decisions regarding home security for the property

 Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Upon completion of your in-home security audit, you will receive a $50 Visa Gift Card, subject to the following conditions:

1. Completion Requirement: You must complete the full in-home audit (typically 45-90 minutes)

2. One Per Household: Limit one gift card per household/property address

3. Delivery Method: Gift card will be provided at the conclusion of the audit or mailed within 7-10 business days

4. Activation: Gift card may require activation before use (instructions will be provided)

5. Expiration: Gift card is subject to the terms and conditions of the card issuer

6. No Cash Value: Gift card cannot be redeemed for cash

7. Non-Transferable: Gift card offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers

 Disqualification

You will NOT receive the gift card if you:

- Cancel or reschedule the appointment more than twice

- Fail to be present for the scheduled appointment

- Refuse to allow the security professional to complete the audit

- Provide false or misleading information

- Do not meet the eligibility requirements

 Appointment Scheduling and Conduct

- Appointment Confirmation: After submitting your request, a representative will contact you within 24-48 hours to schedule your audit

- Scheduling Flexibility: We will work with you to find a convenient time for your audit

- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance

- Cancellation: You may cancel your appointment at any time without penalty

During the audit:

 Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate an audit if:

- The security professional feels unsafe or threatened

- You are abusive, threatening, or disrespectful

- You refuse to provide necessary access to conduct the audit

- You have provided false or misleading information

- You are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs

 Information Accuracy and Verification

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information when submitting your request. This includes:

- Your name and contact information

- Your property address

- Your homeownership status

- Your current ADT customer status

 Verification

We reserve the right to verify the information you provide, including:

- Confirming homeownership through public records

- Verifying you are not a current ADT customer

- Confirming your property is within our service area

If we discover you have provided false or misleading information, we may:

- Cancel your appointment

- Refuse to provide the gift card

- Terminate your participation in the offer
